MENU / Market BistroBar Kitchen was an ambitious undertaking. Luckily, Chef Frederik de Pue is not one to shy away from challenges.

This three storey building featured an organic market at the ground floor, a cozy BistroBar at the third, and a small six-seat kitchen in between.
