An ongoing collaboration with Human Rights Campaign, every year the HRC staff mindfully scores an ever-expanding list of cities, big and small, on their municipal laws as they relate to the LGBTQ community. It was important for us to give a friendly personality to this piece, as the ultimate goal is to encourage positive change.
