Buffalo & Bergen is the loving creation of mixologist Gina Chersevani. The name is an homage to an old soda shop from her mother's childhood neighborhood. Located at the corner of Buffalo Avenue & Bergen Street in Brooklyn, her mom told her they served “the best egg creams in the world.” Lucky for DC, now we can get our own Brooklyn-inspired egg creams.
